Bio: Cindy, as she said, founded the site a while ago, and I happened to stumble across a post she made on the Official Harry Potter Message Boards in May of 2003 that asked for someone that knew HTML so I decided to reply and help out. She and I have become good friends over the past two years and I am thrilled to have been able to develop the site to where it is today! I am also a comment moderator for MuggleNet.com, and run the Fan-Submitted Movie Poster Spoofs there. On top of that, I am also on the Book 7 Writing Contest Judging Panel for MN and help out with the avatars – hence my AIM Screen Name.
When I'm not designing, I am very much involved in music. I compose occasionally and arrange frequently. I just recently finished scoring the show Machinal for the High School Drama Club. I play piano (10 years), flute/piccolo (2.5 years), Xylophone and releated instruments (2.5 Years), as well as sing. I have appeared on stage in many musicals, including, but certainly not limited to: Annie, Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, Oliver!, Crazy for You and have directed Our Town and Cinderella's Enchanted Ball: A Disney Caberet. (I have been told I'd get along well with Chris Rankin!) I would like to thank Catherine at MuggleNet/Harry Potter Fan Zone for your encouragement and support, and Zach from Harry Potter Fan Zone as well for the same. I can only hope to brush what you've accomplished!

Bio: Brendan and I are friends from high school. There was a lull in the staff and I used to beta Brendan’s fanfiction, so he asked if I could fill in as the site’s own personal beta. I agreed and now I’m senior staff and do a bit of everything! I also work for MuggleNet.com.
I fell in love with Harry Potter when the first book came out in the U.S. Potatoes and chocolate are my favorite foods, though not together because that’s just gross. I adore Asian culture and have even taken some Japanese classes. I attend Salem State College (for the time being). Reading takes up a lot of my time and I have an intense fondness for theater. Tea is delicious, nutritious and I drink a heck-of-a-lot of it. Music is a way of life- more than just a mere passion.
I'm kinda quirky and joke around a lot, but I can be serious when I need to be.

Bio: I stumbled across this site about a year ago, and loved it. I often visited the site, so when I saw they were in need of help I applied. I first read the books a few months after OOTP came out. Favorite Book: Plays by Shakespeare or Stoppard, feminist lit, young adult lit, and mind-numbing fluff that entertains without making me think too much. Favorite Movie: Harry Potter 1-5, Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3, Rent, Center Stage, Shakespeare in Love, 10 Things I Hate About You, Romeo & Juliet (1996), animated Disney, The Newsies, Dirty Dancing and more.
Favorite Color: Purple... though, Blue is a very close second.

Bio: I came to Marauders Map through Brendan, whom I have known for more years than I would like to count. A high school English teacher by day, I spend most of my time working with various theatre groups, most notably the club run by fellow news poster (and one of my best friends) Emily. It is through theatre that I first met Brendan (and senior staffer Julie, too). With any remaining "free" time, I also like to dance, an old favorite pastime that has recently returned to being a larger (and wonderful) part of my life. I am the oldest of six kids in one big, crazy, Brady Bunch of a family. All of the siblings are Harry Potter fans, too.

I am web developer and co-webmaster of Harry Potter fan sites 'Into The Pensieve' and 'MyPensieve', web division leader and Customer Interfaces Department Assistant Manager for military flight simulation developer Xtreme Simulations International, as well as owner and operator of my own company, Aresta Enterprise LLC, through which I develop and deploy customized and highly integrated content management systems for my own sites, as well as privately contracted clients. I'm a PHP developer utilizing a heavy MySQL backend, and I specialize in advanced and innovative integration.

Favorite Book:Oh wow, I'm not sure. Obviously the Harry Potter series, but also I really liked Uncle Tom's Cabin. I guess The Giver is really good as well.
Favorite Movie: I would have to say The Matrix trilogy.
Favorite Color: Blue. Definitely blue. Just look in my closet. It blinds my eyes.

Bio: I was actually part of the team that brought you Version 1 of Marauders' Map. Man, those were the days, eh? For those of you who have no idea what Version 1 was, it was the first version of this site (obviously) and was a complete shamble until Brendan came on the scene. Fast forward a year or two and look where we are now. As far as me personally, I am going into my senior year in high school this year (05-06) and I can't wait for high school to be over with. Bring on college...now. In my spare time I pretty much just bum around with friends and when I'm not with them, I bum around at my house on my computer. When I'm actually not bumming around I am most likely playing tennis or working at Target. I guess I play the piano pretty well as well. That's about it for me.
